Your Opportunity to Make an Impact As an Assistant Manager in FP&A , you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You’ll support companywide budgeting and forecasting, including operational costs, capital planning, and cash flow management. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions and provide insights that drive growth and efficiency across the company. What You Will Do Support the development and management of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and real-time updates, delivering accurate and timely insights to senior leaders. Perform financial analysis of monthly variances to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare presentations for senior executives on actual results, budgets, and forecasts. Assist in quarterly business reviews by highlighting key business drivers and trends to inform decision-making. Provide financial analysis and forecasts to guide strategic business decisions. Act as a finance business partner for business units and functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Who We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Commerce. ACA or ACCA certification required. CFA Level 1 or 2 preferred. Working Conditions Schedule: The role requires a 9-hour workday, with flexible scheduling options. Hours may align with U.S. business hours or follow a local/hybrid schedule, based on mutual agreement. Work Environment: Remote. Travel: Some overnight travel may be required. Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary; ability to lift or maneuver up to 25 lbs.
