Vacancy for accounts specialist in HMR Spedition Pvt. Ltd. is a Customs Clearance and Freight forwarding company based in New Delhi. Role Description: · This is a full-time on-site role for Export/Import senior Account. · As an Export/Import senior Account, you will be responsible for managing below tasks. Tasks: · Proficiency in Tally (Entry of bank statement, sales, purchase e.t.c.) · Creation of Export Invoices and Packing List. · Filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B · Creation and submission of TDS challan · Knowledge of ITR (individual and corporate) · Knowledge of Exports and Customs clearance documents. · Proper understanding of Invoice, packing list, HAWB, MAWB and shipment flow. · Coordinate with bank for inward remittance and issuance of BRC. · Knowledge of E-way bill. · Maintain creditor and debtor’s ledger and outstanding. · Timely Submission of export document to bank. · Preparation of debtors outstanding and alerting them for payment. Qualifications: · A graduate person with an experience of at least 5 years · Complete Knowledge of Tally prime. · Knowledge of GST returns filing. · Have good knowledge of export/import. · Knowledge of checklist approval to CHA. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines · Detail-oriented and organized approach to work Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
