Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Support client communication, including preparing proposals, presentations, and post-event reports. Conduct research on venues, décor options, logistics, and market trends. Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, budgeting assistance, scheduling, and maintaining project files. Participate in site visits, rehearsals, and on-ground event execution as required. Monitor event timelines and ensure project milestones are met. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and development of creative event ideas. Ensure all events adhere to quality standards, brand guidelines, safety guidelines, and client expectations.
