Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing excellent patient care, and promoting health and wellness within the community. Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications to patients accurately and safely. Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage and potential side effects. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapy. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient profiles. Conduct health and wellness screenings and provide immunizations as necessary. Stay updated on new medications and treatment protocols. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). Registered pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of India. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate dispensing and monitoring of medications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
