Roles and Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure support, including LAN, WAN, network security (Palo Alto Firewall), and cybersecurity. Oversee system administration tasks such as server maintenance and troubleshooting. Manage PaloAlto firewall configurtaiona nd implement strong Network security protocols. Ensure seamless operations of all IT systems and networks by monitoring performance metrics. Develop and implement policies to maintain compliance with industry standards Co ordinate with vendors for maintenance of smart racks, UPS and ahrdware repairs.
