Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with the logistics team or third-party couriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Generate shipping labels and packing lists. Track shipments and handle exceptions or delays. 8. Compliance and Quality ChecksEnsure that order processing complies with company policies and regulatory standards. Perform quality checks on order data and packing before shipment. 7. CollaborationWork closely with sales, warehouse, accounts, and customer support teams. Suggest improvements in the order processing workflow for efficiency and accuracy. 4. Customer CommunicationProvide updates to customers about order status (confirmation, shipping, delivery). Resolve order-related queries, such as cancellations, returns, or replacements.
