Field Sales Engineer Bengaluru 1 - 5 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

We are looking for a residential Field Sales Engineer , responsible for driving business growth by visiting industrial clients and generating business opportunities. Responsibilities: Generate new business leads by visiting industries from Monday to Friday. Follow up on quotations and payments, and generate ongoing requirements through field visits. Work with customers to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met. Communicate with the sales team to understand customer demands. Secure orders and ensure adherence to product standards. The job may require travel beyond Bangalore, covering Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, and other southern regions. Desired Profile: Gender: Male Education: Must be an engineer (Diploma / B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer in the relevant field. Industry: Relevant industrial or manufacturing sales exposure preferred. Skills: Strong technical and commercial understanding. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Employment Details: Employment Type: Permanent Working Days: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (field visits). Saturday: Reporting, planning, and follow-ups. Allowances: Traveling allowances for field visits. Hotel allowances if traveling outside Bangalore.
