Role & responsibilities 1) Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers and Horeca clients. 2) Maintain and grow sales from existing accounts 3) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4) Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in retail outlets. 5) Collect market intelligence and competitor data. 6) Regular follow up on payments and credit management. 7) Submission of daily report. Preferred candidate profile 1) Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or spices industry. 2) Strong communication and negotiation skills 3) Good understanding of Hyderabad market and local routes. 4) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5) Own 2 wheeler with valid driving license.
