Role Description We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Engineer with strong knowledge of concrete technology and hands-on exposure to Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, concrete production, testing, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality tests on raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water). Monitor and control concrete production quality as per mix design specifications. Carry out slump tests, cube casting, and compressive strength testing . Maintain daily QC reports , batch records, and test logs. Assist in mix design trials and optimisation for various grades of concrete. Ensure adherence to IS standards and plant QC procedures. Coordinate with the production team to ensure consistent concrete quality. Communicate with clients regarding onsite test results and quality requirements. Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
