Your main responsibilities will include: - Having experience in robotics, particularly in the BIW sector. - Proficiency in offline and online teaching for various types of robots. - Understanding system layouts and processes. - Knowledge in spot welding, sealer, and roller hemming. - Experience in integrating robots with different types of PLC systems. - Managing projects from offline programming to final commissioning. - Familiarity with cycle time and method analysis charts. - Proficiency in Robcad/Process Simulate software. - Involvement in product build and quality iteration in BIW. - Planning manpower and managing supplier resources according to project needs. - Communicating with customers to address any technical queries related to the project. - Willingness to travel and stay in different parts of the country. - Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension). You are a dynamic PROJECT ENGINEER - CONTROLS who will be responsible for various aspects related to Controls Systems Hardware Engineering. Your role will involve designing, programming, simulating, and testing control systems including PLC programming, HMI & SCADA development. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of these systems at customer sites. To excel in this role, you should have experience in PLC Programming (Ladder logic & FB) and should be familiar with Safety circuits using PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. Additionally, expertise in HMI & SCADA programming along with knowledge of ethernet, profinet, devicenet, and profibus communications is essential. Your responsibilities will also include panel design, layout, bill of materials preparation, and wiring schematic capabilities. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in BIW projects and handling turn-key projects. Knowledge of pneumatics will be considered an added advantage. You should possess a Diploma/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics and have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Industrial automation.
