Actively Hiring_ Deputy Manager- Health/Motor Insurance (Agency Sales) Company: Risk Care Insurance Broking Services Private Limited Profile: Deputy Manager (Agency Channel) Location: Patna, Kolkata Salary: As per comp. Product: General Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance etc. Must be General Insurance experience (Health/ Motor Insurance) Experience: Work experience of 2-6 years in General Insurance - Corporate Sales Knowledge and expertise in General Insurance and Broking. Corporate Sales experience in SMEs/MMEs & Large Corporates Competencies / Skills Required: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in agency development, team management, and sales with general insurance products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train agents effectively * Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategies to drive insurance sales growth * Thorough knowledge of the general insurance industry and current market trends * Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to achieve the target. * Lead generate.
