Hiring Telecaller Executive

We have an immediate requirement for the position of a Tele caller.
Only female candidates are eligible.

Marketing Phone Calls and Follow Up: Personally, making phone calls to prospective clients and existing clients. Follow up on database generated by online leads, and website inquiries.

What the Role Involves:

• Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
• Service Promotion: Introducing the company's digital marketing and website design services to clients.
• Client Interaction: Understanding client needs and scheduling meetings with the marketing or sales team.
• Database Management: Accurately updating customer information in the database.
• Sales Targets: Working to meet the sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for persuading clients over the phone.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing services is often required.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Word and MS Excel is helpful.
• Experience: While some roles are open to freshers, many require some experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or digital marketing.

Qualification: Graduates with good communication,
