Hiring Staff Nurse – Home Health Care

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role focuses on personalized, patient-centered care — supporting recovery, comfort, and independence under the guidance of physicians and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients at home as per physician instructions and nursing protocols.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and manage catheters or feeding tubes.
• Offer wound care, post-surgical care, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, hygiene, and preventive health practices.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and update reports promptly.
• Communicate and coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and care coordinators.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the concerned supervisor or physician.
• Follow infection control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Handle medical equipment and supplies responsibly and ethically.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM
• Registration: With or without nursing registration
• Duty Hours: 12 hrs or 24 hrs shift
