Job Summary: Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Technical)

Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Own
solution design, architecture, and integrations
across Power Platform, Azure, and third-party systems.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including consultants and developers.
Drive
user adoption, training programs, governance frameworks
, and data quality standards.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on platform
strategy, roadmap, and innovation
.
Oversee project execution with a strong focus on
quality, timelines, and budget
.

Qualifications

10+ years
of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE with strong techno-functional and leadership capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365
sales, service, and marketing
modules.
Proven experience in
large-scale implementations, solution architecture, and system integrations
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
