Hiring Social Media Executive (with Graphic Design & Reel Editing Skills)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive who can not only manage social media platforms but also design eye-catching creatives and edit engaging reels. The ideal candidate should be a trend-savvy storyteller who can bring brand campaigns to life through content, visuals, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create high-quality graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize monthly content calendars
• Monitor social trends and algorithm changes to improve organic reach and engagement
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand voice
• Analyze and report on content performance, growth metrics, and engagement rates
• Manage community interactions: comments, DMs, and mentions
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software/tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SEO and paid social campaigns is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Photography/videography skills
• Animation/motion graphics
• Influencer outreach or collaboration experience
