Job Description

Role Summary

SOC Lead

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate
daily SOC activities and manage shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Assign and track
security alerts, incidents, and operational tasks to completion.
Demonstrate proficiency
in SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
Apply deep knowledge
of SOC processes and the full incident response lifecycle.
Maintain familiarity
with evolving cyber threat landscapes and relevant use cases.
Utilize
dashboards, Excel trackers, and reporting tools to monitor performance.
Support incident response
workflows through meticulous documentation and timely escalations.
Prepare and present
daily, weekly, and monthly SOC operational reports.
Lead and mentor
a team within a high-availability network environment.
