Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Architecture, located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality academic courses, preparing and delivering lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also involves conducting impactful research, publishing in esteemed journals, and participating in academic and administrative decision-making within the department. Additionally, the chosen candidate will actively engage in collaborative research initiatives, industry partnerships, and community outreach programs to advance the university's mission of academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep subject expertise in Architecture, including strong theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as architectural design, urban design, and sustainable architecture.
• Teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and guide students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Research skills with a proven track record of publishing high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals, and the ability to secure research funding.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, with experience in integrating innovative teaching methodologies and emerging architectural technologies.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals.
• Ph.D. in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant work or academic experience. Professional certifications or memberships in renowned architectural associations are advantageous.
