Job Description

Position: Math Tutor Grade Levels: 6 -12 (Middle to High School) Subjects: Pre-Algebra, Algebra I II, Geometry Work Type: Remote | 1:1 Online Tutoring (US Students)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and passionate Math Tutor to deliver 1:1 online tutoring sessions to US-based students (Grades 612) in alignment with the Common Core Curriculum. The role requires teaching math subjects from Pre-Algebra to Geometry in a personalized, engaging format.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interactive 1:1 online math tutoring sessions (Grades 6- 12)
  • Teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra I II, Geometry
  • Customize instruction based on individual learning needs
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure concept clarity and problem-solving accuracy

Shift Timings (IST):
  • Sunday: 9:30 PM 6:30 AM
  • Monday to Thursday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM (US Shift Night shift mandatory)


Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of teaching/tutoring experience (preferably online
  • Strong knowledge of Common Core Curriculum
  • Excellent English communication skills


Additional Information

Technical Requirements:
  • Laptop with i5/i7 processor, webcam, and microphone
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup
