Hiring Front Office Executive (Only Females Outside of Andhra Pradesh)

Location: Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh (Onsite)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and ensure a warm and efficient experience for visitors, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students courteously
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Manage visitor logs and front desk records
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
• Support basic administrative and documentation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area

Eligibility & Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Any Graduate
• Candidates from outside Andhra Pradesh only
• 1–3 years of front office or receptionist experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
