AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller)

Candidates with excellent English communication skills who are interested in working in an international voice process are encouraged to apply. Prior knowledge of medical billing is not mandatory, as training will be provided from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and claim status.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and claim follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in other domains are eligible.
• Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift.
• Must be willing to work from the office; work from home is not available.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
