Job Summary

Access Healthcare is a healthcare revenue cycle management and business process services company. The Accounts Payable Associate role involves supporting invoice processing, payment-related activities, vendor account maintenance, and financial documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Verify invoice details and supporting documents before processing.
• Perform invoice data entry into the relevant accounting or ERP system.
• Check invoices against purchase orders and receipts, where applicable.
• Assist with vendor account reconciliation and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and payment queries.
• Assist in processing payments within the defined timelines.
• Support month-end closing and accounts payable reporting activities.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and invoices.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a team and learn new processes.
• Flexibility to work rotational or night shifts, if required by the role.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience is not mandatory for fresher positions.
