Hiring Fresher's - Any UG Arts & Science

Departments: Gold Store, Voucher, Order Processing
Designation: Data Entry Executive / Junior Associate
Location: Emerald Jewel Industry India Ltd - Unit -1

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any UG Degree (B.Com / BBA preferred).
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & ERP (preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Enter and update accurate data into ERP/system on a daily basis.
• Verify supporting documents before entry to avoid errors.
• Maintain proper filing of records (manual & digital).
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and corrections.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness of data entry.

Responsibilities:

1. Gold Store Department

• Record gold issuance, receipts, and balances in system.
• Maintain stock transaction details and reconcile with physical stock.
• Support gold store keeper in daily reporting and audits.

2. Voucher Department

• Enter voucher details for purchases, sales, and expenses.
• Check bills, supporting documents, and approvals before data entry.
• Assist in reconciliation of vouchers with accounts department.

3. Order Processing Department

• Enter and track customer orders in ERP.
• Update status of orders and coordinate with production/dispatch teams.
• Generate order-related MIS reports for management.

Skills Required

• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Ability to work in a team and under timelines.
• Integrity and accountability in handling sensitive data.
