Job Description

Hiring For Fresher For Appointment Coordinator

Location: Bangur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments or meetings for clients and internal staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to appointment bookings and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars and scheduling systems.
  • Follow up with clients or customers to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments as requested, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure readiness for appointments (e.g., sales, service, or management).

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Convent background)

Proficient in MS Office and scheduling (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, G Sheet etc.)

Spoken english is mandatory.
