We are hiring energetic and goal-driven AR Callers to join our dynamic US healthcare team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for Initiative the Autherizaition Denials (in the US) to follow up on pending claims.
Good Communication Skills (English Verbal & Written)
Basic Knowledge of Prior Autherization, RCM, CPT/ICD codes
Understanding of US Healthcare Insurance Terms (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
Ability to work in Night Shifts (US Timing)
Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) | Monday to Friday
