Desired Candidate Profile Empathetic interpersonal skills: ability to understand diverse perspectives and respond appropriately. Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in using technology for work purposes (e.g., typing speed, computer literacy). Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly via text-based channels. 0-5 years of experience in blended process or similar role. Job Details 5.5 days working Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break) Rotational Shifts/ Week-off Vaccinated double dose.
