Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs effectively. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger). Desired Candidate Profile Empathetic interpersonal skills: ability to understand diverse perspectives and respond appropriately. Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in using technology for work purposes (e.g., typing speed, computer literacy). Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly via text-based channels. 0-5 years of experience in blended process or similar role. Only Mohali and nearby candidates are eligible. Candidate must be an immediate joiner. Job Details 5.5 days working Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break) Rotational Shifts/ Week-off Vaccinated double dose. Salary -30kCTC/ In-Hand - 26.5k Location- Mohali (WFO) Benefits & Perks PF Gratuity Health Insurance
