Job Description

Role : Junior General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Training : 15 days hand on with expert nurses

Promotion : Eligible after 6 months

Earnings : Up to 20,000 month

- 14,000 fixed

-2,400 travel

- 1,000 incentive

- Extra for over time

Key Responsibilities of GDA:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Provide companionship, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Monitor and document patient health status and report to healthcare professionals as needed.
Travel to various patient locations within a 10-15 kms area as per the assigned schedule.

Terms to Remember for Salary Benefits:

Must not refuse more than 2 duties in a month.
No unplanned leave or absenteeism to avail minimum guarantee + incentive.
Daily duties exceeding 24 will attract full per-day salary + TA + OT for each extra day, result in extra income of 3-5K monthly.
Annual increment and regular promotion paths available.
