We are looking for experienced and certified E&M Medical Coders across multiple specialties GI, IP Primary Care, Ortho, and Others.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Evaluation & Management coding, strong analytical skills, and up-to-date knowledge of medical coding guidelines and compliance standards.
Review and analyze clinical documentation for accurate E&M coding.
Ensure compliance with coding standards (CPT, ICD, HCPCS).
Maintain coding accuracy and productivity as per quality standards.
Collaborate with QA and audit teams to resolve discrepancies.
Stay updated on payer policies and E&M guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in E&M coding.
Valid certification (CPC / CCS / equivalent).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
