Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM including Sites, Records, Reports, Process Models, Expression Rules, and Web APIs.
Appian Level 2/3 certification preferred.
Experience with Appian plug-ins, integration with REST/SOAP services, databases, and external systems.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders and drive consensus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Appian on cloud and hybrid environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Appian (e.g., Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Understanding of Appian RPA or AI/ML integrations (nice to have).
Past experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
