Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in Bengali language to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of images, videos, and text-based content for violations of company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to content moderation.
  • Develop strong understanding of platform's rules, regulations, and guidelines governing user behavior.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online content management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in back office operations or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Bengali language fluently.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to review large volumes of data accurately.
  • Salary 16k-24k In-hand + Incentives
