Prepare and send professional client communications, JD drafts, and candidate summaries. Support in building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be fluent, articulate, and professional. Strong sourcing and screening abilities using job portals and social platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a sense of ownership. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
