Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct, repair, and install wooden structures, furniture, fixtures, and fittings according to project requirements. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring work is completed with accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, plywood, laminate, and other materials.
Repair or refurbish wooden structures, furniture, doors, windows, and flooring.
Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure precise measurements and high-quality finishing.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Collaborate with other construction workers, engineers, and supervisors.
Estimate material requirements and minimize wastage.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.
