Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve area sales targets. Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Provide coaching and support to sales representatives. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree required. 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
