Hiring - Accounts Receivable & B2B Collections (L1 &L2)

We are hiring experienced professionals for the B2B Collections team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end B2B collections for assigned customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers through calls and emails for outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Review aging reports and prioritize accounts for collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer disputes.
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to drive issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
• Meet collection targets, SLAs, and productivity metrics while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and share periodic collection status reports and updates.

Required Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable or Credit & Collections.
• Strong understanding of invoice follow-ups, payment reconciliation, and aging analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet deadlines.
