Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Lead in this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control and quality assurance processes. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with established quality standards and guidelines. You will lead quality management initiatives, conduct regular quality audits, and uphold adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance product and process quality. Moreover, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring timely reporting and resolution of quality-related issues.
