*** URGENTLY HIRING *** Location : Porbandar, Gujarat Experience : 3–7 years (must have Frozen Food processing experience) Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Fisheries Science or related field Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production head to manage and supervise the seafood processing line, including raw and value-added products such as breaded, battered, and surimi-based items. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations while maintaining FSSAI compliance, hygiene standards, and product quality. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations in raw fish and value-added seafood product lines. • Supervise production staff and ensure efficient line management. • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs. • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. • Manage production schedules to meet demand and export timelines. • Control wastage, optimize yield, and maintain cost efficiency. • Coordinate with QA, Cold Storage, Logistics, and Purchase teams. • Maintain batch records, process documentation, and traceability logs. • Implement hygiene protocols and ensure worker safety. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in seafood or food processing (breaded/battered/surimi preferred). • Knowledge of seafood handling, chilling, freezing, glazing, and packaging operations. • Experience in managing people. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with food safety audits and documentation. • Willing to work in cold room/processing area conditions.
