You should have a minimum experience of 6 to 12 months in the Claim Reimbursement Process and must be well-versed in the following key responsibilities: - Scrutinizing the claims in accordance with the checklist provided. - Collaborating with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to acquire benefit plans of corporate clients and ensuring proper documentation and adherence to the same. - Corresponding and communicating with investigators by providing necessary triggers for CDRF and surveyor cases. - Coordinating with the CRM team to resolve critical issues and prioritize claim settlements. - Having the final authority to determine the status of a claim.
