You are an enthusiastic and dedicated Dance Teacher who will inspire and guide students in the art of dance at Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh, (UP). You will deliver high-quality dance instruction tailored to students" age and skill levels, encompassing various dance styles such as Classical, Kathak, Bharatnatyam, ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and folk dance. Your role is to foster creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging dance lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment, assessing student progress and providing feedback, choreographing dances for school events, leading extracurricular activities and events, collaborating with other faculty members, managing dance equipment and resources, and communicating with parents regularly. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Dance Education or Performing Arts (Masters degree preferred), 2-3 years of teaching experience, proficiency in multiple dance styles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire students, organizational skills, and a valid teaching certification. You should also have the physical ability to demonstrate dance movements. As a Dance Teacher, you should be passionate about dance and its ability to foster creativity and self-expression, patient, empathetic, and able to motivate students of different skill levels. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and openness to feedback are essential for managing rehearsals and classroom activities effectively. The salary offered for this position is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with accommodation available for outstation candidates.
