We are looking for passionate and result-driven Territory Sales Executives to join our sales team in the Agrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural sales and a thorough understanding of agrochemical products and the rural market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell agrochemical products within the assigned territory Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and awareness campaigns Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery, billing, and issue resolution Ensure collection of payments and adherence to credit policies Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback Key Skills Required: Sales & Marketing experience in the Agrochemical Industry Strong knowledge of crop protection products and agricultural practices Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage rural sales territories Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
