Position: CNC Milling Operator Location: HAL, Bangalore Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Payroll (with all statutory benefits) Experience Required: 2 to 5 years Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines. Hands-on experience with Siemens controllers . Proficient in 3& 5-axis CNC milling operations Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, etc. Conduct machine settings and basic troubleshooting independently. Ensure production as per job schedule and quality standards. Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years in CNC Milling operations. Skillset: Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controller programming and operations. Experience with 3&5-axis CNC machines Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Good understanding of measurement techniques and instruments. Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
