Job Description:
As a full-time YouTube Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging videos that resonate with our massive Hindi-speaking audience. Your main focus will be editing long-form cooking videos for YouTube and short-form content (Reels/Stories) for Instagram. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, have experience editing videos for large YouTube channels, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the candidate to be based in or near Whitefield, Bangalore, for in-house collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Video Editing for YouTube & Instagram: Edit high-quality, engaging cooking videos for YouTube (full-length) and Instagram (Reels, Stories) ensuring they are visually compelling and aligned with the brand’s style.
• Enhance Video Content: Use creative video techniques like transitions, text overlays, sound effects, background music, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and maintain viewer engagement.
• Fluent in Hindi: Ensure all content, including voiceovers, text, and captions, is accurately edited in Hindi, maintaining the tone and style that resonates with our Hindi-speaking audience.
• Content Organization & Management: Organize and manage raw footage, final video files, and backups in an efficient manner.
• Stay Current with Trends: Continuously research and adapt to the latest trends in food content, YouTube/Instagram algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest video quality, ensuring consistency in branding and the final product meets our high standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi: Must be fluent in Hindi (both written and spoken) as the channel’s content is primarily in Hindi.
• Experience in Video Editing: Proven experience in editing YouTube and Instagram videos, preferably in the cooking or food niche. Experience working with large-scale YouTube channels is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Editing Software: Strong skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Creative Vision & Technical Expertise: Ability to creatively edit videos with transitions, effects, sound design, and visuals that engage and entertain our audience.
• Deep Knowledge of YouTube & Instagram: Solid understanding of YouTube video optimization, Instagram Reels/Stories, and strategies to drive engagement and reach on both platforms.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring flawless video editing that adheres to brand guidelines and is free of errors.
• Fast-Paced & Efficient: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
• Local to Whitefield, Bangalore: Candidate must be based in or around Whitefield, Bangalore, and be available for in-house work and team collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
