Urgent Hiring – Telecaller Executive

Openings: Multiple Positions (Male and Female – Freshers and Experienced)

Note: Male candidates preferred

Salary Range:

• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per monthAttractive incentives offered

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Persuade and convert leads into successful sales
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi
• Ability to engage and convince customers
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional
