Develop creative event concepts and proposals to meet client objectives. Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and services. Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability for the company. Generate new business for MICE events for Pan India. Ensure the P&L of the MICE are consistently met. Manage relationships with partner hotels and cars to secure favourable rates and availability for our clients. Ensure the team follows the TAT. Oversee the selection and management of car rental partners to provide reliable transportation solutions. Monitor transportation budgets and optimize costs without compromising on quality or service. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including event planners, hotel coordinators, and transportation staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets. Ensure the corporate compliances are followed across all corporates and internally. Build standard procedures and policies to ensure smooth operational execution.

Eligibility Criteria : Post Graduate or Graduate Minimum 5+ years of Relevant experience Job Description : Providing customer support to clients related to reservation, ticketing, and booking on hotel and car. Good communication skills, both spoken and written. Worked on Galileo reservation system. Handling ticketing (both Domestic & International). Complying with travel policy and internal processes. Making professional, accurate, cost-effective arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service. Working towards converting every enquiry into a booking by providing tailor-made packages to the guests. Guiding the clients with good routing and fares. Adherence to TAT. Ensure timely billing of all tickets and refunds processed for cancelled tickets as per the set TAT. Taking care of Premier Customers / Corporates.
