Sales & Business Development Identify new customers in domestic & export markets for BOPP and polyester films. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Generate new leads, pitch products, and close deals. Client Management Regular follow-ups with customers regarding orders, requirements, and payments. Understand client needs and provide the right product solutions. Handle client queries professionally. Market Research & Strategy Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities. Suggest strategies to expand into FMCG, packaging, and export sectors. Order & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams for order punching, dispatches, and logistics. Ensure smooth communication between clients and company. Reporting & Targets Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Update management about pipeline & client status.
