Very bad customer care . not picking phone,I tried atleast 25 times.then I went to there Vasai service center they says that u should sabmit to the dealer then he will send to us we can't do it directly . They wasted my Whole day and fuel to my bike ,very Stupid CC Operater and there rules

Direct customer service not available, take chalan from shop then go or submit you're camera or dvr to the shop, where you buy..

Worst customer service ever the guy picks up the phone pretends not once but 5 times as if he is not able to hear and I called from seperate number company cheating with customers
