Email should be triggered to the customer for every single update like Order confirmation (with approved drawing), the order is ready to dispatch, Payment/dues clearance, Transport confirmation, and Delivery confirmation. 2 All types of Data should be maintained in a good manner like customer details, Jobs in production, Jobs are ready, payment dues, etc. 3 Order Details should be updated on time through Google Form for every Job. 4 Order follow-up should be updated by the production team so that no delay could be faced at the time of dispatch. 5 Non-Standard Material (like GSC Glass etc.) requirement must be confirmed by store department so that material can be arranged on time if not available. 6 Well-knowledge installers should be aligned on site for Installation. 7 If the customer encounters any kind of problem on-site, it should be resolved in a timely and correct manner. 8 If we provide any dispatch date to the customer, must be aware it should not be hampered by any reason, and the Job should be dispatched on time.
