Role Title - Sr. Engineer Location- HRPTL- IMT Manesar Department-Purchase Role Purpose Direct and In-direct commodities Key Responsibilities Procurement of BOP parts Procurement of indirect material eg MRO, Cutting tools, Consumable, Packaging etc On time conversion PR to PO Competent to evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices, terms and delivery Conduct market research to identify potential vendors Monitor market conditions and pricing fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions Foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key suppliers Key External Relationships - Supplier base Qualification and Skills- B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. Preferred Experience: ----. 4-5 years / 5-6 years Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required: Good knowledge of Purchasing process and should comply policies . Ensure to meet relevant regulatory and sustainability requirements . Should maintain good relationship with internal and external stake holders. Good Negotiation Skills. Knowledge of SAP. Good computer skills both XL and PPT. Good communication skills.
