HigherED Business Solution is Hiring QA Engineer: Important Details: This role requires a person to work in shifts and mostly in India and Europe time zones. ( 8 AM IST to 1 AM IST). The working mode will be Hybrid and the candidate has to be located in Bangalore, India. Need Immediate joiners. Email ID to share profile: hr@higheredbpo.co.in Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, and system testing Develop and maintain automation scripts using any automation framework (e.g., Playwright, CodeceptJS, or equivalent) Use JavaScript for automation scripting and enhancements Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure complete test coverage Conduct manual testing when necessary and validate complex scenarios Contribute to continuous integration and test automation strategies Maintain detailed and well-structured test documentation Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives Report bugs effectively and track their resolution using JIRA or a similar tool Required Skills: 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and automation) Proficiency in JavaScript and writing automation scripts Strong experience in any automation framework (e.g., Playwright, CodeceptJS, Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Excellent test case design and defect reporting skills Hands-on experience with writing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving skills
