Role Overview: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them. Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners will be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will also include creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to ensure that students are on track.
