In this full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate at the High Court of Orissa, located in Cuttack, you will be responsible for assisting senior advocates, conducting legal research, preparing case files, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. Your daily tasks may include reviewing legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing legal advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting legal research - Preparing case files - Drafting legal documents - Representing clients in court proceedings - Reviewing legal documents - Attending court hearings - Providing legal advice to clients Qualifications Required: - Legal Research, Case Preparation, and Document Drafting skills - Representation and Advocacy skills in court - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution - Membership in the Bar Council of India - Prior experience working in a court setting or legal firm is a plus,
